Morning Fatty

Man that looks good! I've been wanting to get in on the fatty thing. If I understand correctly, it's basically just a log of Jimmy Dean or similar with an optional bacon wrap smoked until safe internal temp, yeah?

I’ve got a bunch of smoked fatty slices vacuum-sealed & frozen in my deep freeze (like I’m sure so many here do). I think it’s time for a sausage/egg breakfast sammich.
 
If only the donut shop that I hit in the morning served that! Mmm.. donut fatty.
