I fired up my Bubba Keg this afternoon with some lump to about 300 F. I removed the backbone and marinaded a chicken in 1/2 Moore's marinade, 1/2 Italian dressing, some rosemary, garlic, and black pepper for about 4 hours. I then rubbed it with Yardbird and cooked it in the keg for about 2.5 hours at 300 F. Here are the results. It's really juicy and full of flavor.

That's nice and all but you make something that delicious looking and don't invite any of us to dinner? Just invite me at least..... :thumb:

Thanks, folks, you guys rock! And, if you are ever in central VA, you are all invited to stop by anytime. :-D

Shiz-Nit, the skin was rubbed with Yardbird. So, it was very tasty, of course. :p
