BBQ Contest in VA June 15, 16
Well, I hope this one doesnt get deleted.
My parents own a Campground in Louisa VA. They have agreed to let me hold a BBQ get together/contest there. So far there will be 6 teams. One from MI, one from NY and the rest from VA. This will be a "braggin rights" contest. I have ordered 2 trophies for the first places in Pork and Ribs. The campground is suppling the meat. We will be doing a blind taste testing and then the rest of the meat will be served to the campers on the 16th. Friday night the 15th is for social time. Bring something to show off your "Anything Butt" skills that you want to share with the others. Adult beverages will be consumed.  If you are interested in participating, please email me. This will be a great event. Perfect for some one who want to cook and have a great time. Bill is a great competition cook and a great guy. The added plus is the campground is awesome! Very peaceful.

Man I need to read the Competition thread more often. Sorry I missed this one. BeerGuy brought it to my attention.
Bill, I live in Goochland and BeerGuy is in Fredericksburg. We are talking about coming next year. That is if you do it again. Please let us know.
