Wings on the UDS
Smoked some wings on the UDS today, first time doing wings....not bad for first time...cooked at 325-350. Sprayed with oil, then rub applied...sauced towards the end..
Heated up some ribs left over from last smoke, wings and baked potato....not bad... |
