Chef's Choice 'Wow' factor
Hi,
For the judges out there, what Chef's Choice entry have you seen that had the most wow factor? What really stood out for you in a positive way? Thanks, Eric

I've never judged a sanctioned contest or an ancillary category, so take this with a grain of salt.
Our team has done many Chef's Choice/Anything Butt on top of competing in the 4 meat competition. The one thing that seems to stand out, besides cooking an awesome dish, is presentation. Presentation has a different overall appeal in the the ancillary categories that we have cooked. If you can WOW the judges right off the bat on presentation, you're half-way there.....IMO. The judges might share the exact dishes, but you might find it hard for the cooks to do the same.
