Smile Leftover Brisket idea #23 - Nachos!

I had scant little leftovers from my last brisket. Not enough to make a meal, but enough for a tasty snack, so I chopped the last few pieces small and used them to make a batch of nachos. I added some Ranch Style beans (seasoned with chili powder), Jalapeños, and Mexican style 3-cheese mixture. The smoked brisket flavor came through and I'll make these again for sure.

Thanks for looking!

Nice! I like your jalapeno ratio. That is right about where I like it too. I don't much care for regular smoked brisket, but I love it for the leftovers. It is better the second time around in other stuff .

The nacho's look great. I love this picture. Almost looks like something your daddy could've taken 25 years ago. Genny Cream Ale, timeless.

Thanks, It's crazy inexpensive, and it's a great beer. I have yet to talk to anyone who's tried it and doesn't like it. Folks who know what it is recognize it instantly and the rest are like "what's that?". I would classify it as a lawn-mower beer with flavor. Goes great with nachos, BBQ, yard work, house cleaning, blue jeans and t-shirts, and of course ' ' fill in the blank "sports".
