Still been working on getting brisket right, this one came out just about perfect.

Thanks! I used my stickburner, dry rubbed it the night before. Normally I don't watch internal meat temps, but this one I did. Wrapped it at about 160, then started probing for tenderness at about 185. Pulled and let it rest for about 2 hours before slicing. Smoker was running around 250-265.
