I am helping the Alumni Relations Office at SUNY Farmingdale College get a new BBQ competition off the ground and organized for Oct 2013.
We are looking for planning coordinators and volunteers to pull this together. If you are interested in helping out on the ground floor planning of this operation, or you want to just help out in general leading up to and during the event, please contact me with your interests (as well as qualifications and experience if applicable).
Coming up soon there will be a venue site walk through on Saturday Oct 13, 2012 and an initial general planning meeting in early December. All eyes, voices and ideas are welcome. Please consider helping out and making this new event a memorable experience.
