Default Saturday Birthday BB's Cook

Everyone always askes me what they can make me for my birthday, This year I'm getting exactly what I want, my BB Ribs! :cheers:

All rubbed down

How I light my pit!

Smokey

And just to appease the BBQ gods (small "g", not blasphemous):

Should be another 30 minutes or so until my pit is pouring thin blue, The the ribs will be ready to go on. Hopefully runnin around 275-300* today, we'll see where the pit is happy....;
