Default Phubar's Apple/GrapePhruit Ribs and Meso Tater Salad Pron

When I saw Phrasty's potato salad yesterday I Phigured I haven't made one in a long time.
I haven't made the mesa potato salad in over 2 years...checked my archive on the Brethren and it said 2010.

Rubbed the ribs with Plowboys Bovine Bold.
APhter 2 hours of smoke I put them in a aluminium container with apple compote, grapePhruit juice, sugar and butter.
I saved the liquids and boiled it down to a glaze...I added a bit of sugar salt and red pepper Phlakes.

Man that looks Phabulus. I wish I could take better pictures of my cooks, but my fone always ends up looking like part of the dish and takes me an hour to clean.
