Default BOD meeting notes?

Was there a meeting last week?
I'm anxiously awaiting the report on the International initiative.

Just checked.

Nothing posted yet. Meeting was scheduled for the 12th as noted in pre published
agenda.

Don't know why quick notes are not up yet - a week after meeting was to take place.

OK the notes have been posted.
"International Outreach Committee submitted a year- end report. Lohman’s and Gage’s were on phone to answer any questions. Bill Gage indicated the international scene was rapidly evolving, and the committee was formulating plans to meet international needs between Contests/Cooking/Judging, and to be able to tailor programs to meet the needs of specific countries. Randy Bigler and Candy Weaver thanked them for their excellent representation of KCBS in the international arena."

So apparently there is an International Outreach Committee but the report seems to be confidential. Why can't it all be out in the open? I know some international BBQ guys that could help out. IMO spending a dime of KCBS money on something that's a secret is wrong.

Yeah, the notes are up - kinda.

Notes stop at point they went into exec session. Nothing after that.

Again - don't know how many times this has happened that all the notes do not make it the first time they post them.

No report of anything from exec session or any other activity before adjournment.
This is getting old.

And yes, Ray, you have a point. From what is written, it sounds like a vague feet shuffle
lack of transparency. I do not suspect anything bad from the people involved, but please just be clear.
