Default Parents 50th Update.

Well things went really well. My Brother did a great job decorating and with the Emcee duties. Everyone liked the food I made. A lot of relatives were able to make it so it turned out to be a nice Family reunion. We served pulled pork, grilled chicken with apricot bbq sauce, salad, beans, Tex-Mex rice and chips and salsa.

What a great way to honor your parents. And to have so many family members attend was very nice. Good job, looks like it was a fun time. :D

Thanks Everyone! This was an experiment for Me. I wanted to see how I would like doing catering and I really liked it. I realize there's a lot more to it but I think I'd like to start small and see how it goes. It was a lot of work but I really enjoyed it.
