Got some prime filet mignons tonight and I'm gonna grill them and serve them with a wild mushroom demi glace reduction. Doing grilled corn and baked potatoes and some antipasto. Will post pics later...
 
Damn, I'm stuck with 1-1/2 inch ribeyes. Guess I'll just have to make due:wink:
