nice score, i spent like 10,000 on snapon tools in the 80's and all i got was a tyre pressure gague and a lousy coffee mug :(
love it in red and pretty unique with those handles.
id say it would scrub up pretty good too.
i used steel wool(medium then fine grade) and metal polish compound on my red webers enamel and vents it came up like new, probably work on the steel too.
again good score, I'm super jealous

I had one just like that about 15 years ago but got rid of it in a move. Been kicking myself latetly for my foolishness. So good score and hang on to it.
