Over the weekend I cooked up a brisket and ribs.

So today I used up some leftovers for a sandwich.

Yep, mac n cheese and small bacon weave. My favorite way to make bacon for sandwiches.

Ok. That is a great looking sandwich but... you weave bacon and then put it on your sandwich? Never crossed my mind. Brilliant!

Thanks. I probably saw it on here lol. Cut three slices in half and that will make a nice weave for burgers or what ever.
