Had a guy come by and do a photoshoot of some of my meat. (This ain't wood pile so calm down.) Just thought I'd share a couple of my favorite shots.)

However took those photos for you did a great job!
But it looks like you made his job easy by cooking up quality plates of BBQ:thumb:
 
pineapple coleslaw that sounds great.... is recipe secret or can you share... also the pics and the meat itself look great.

Pineapple Coleslaw

1 bag pre-shredded cabbage (usually comes with carrots and purple cabbage. Don't use the purple cabbage. The vinegar will make it bleed all over the other veggies.)
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar
Pour the juice from pineapple into a bowl. Add the vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix and set aside. This is the dressing. Put the pineapple in a large bowl with the cabbage. Pour in the dressing and toss well.
