Random cooks of late. (pics)

Hey Brethren,

Been a couple of months since last post. I was been keeping the grills and smoker hot but have not had much time to be online. With the big camps and most of the river trips over for the year I thought I would jump back on. This is not much of a post really, but here are some pics from the last month or two.

Fantastic Tri-Tip from BL quality meats in Visalia.

Smoked 3 or four fatties a week and handed them out to the team in the evenings while the campers were at campfire.

Thanks Bill. I like to cook. But I love that little girl! And she love fire.

Thanks Jeanie. I was one of the boatmen/cooks on this last trip., so not fishing for me. We do have a pond here at home stocked with rainbows though. Maybe I'll drop a line in after work today.
