Looks great I’d hit that in a heartbeat Love Jasmine rice I use Dynasty brand ...may have to try Elephant brand but what is the Persian rice?

Thanks everyone for the replies. For those who asked questions my answers are as follows:

jonfromjersey - I've made flat bread before and it's not that hard. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to also make the bread so I cheated and bought it at Costco.

Jakel - Persian rice is just rice with some turmeric and a little bit of cumin in it. The turmeric adds a great taste and the yellow color.
