Thanks everyone,
I (Gore) was very surprised there were so many Mad BBQ Scientists and Mad BBQ Scientist Sympathizers in the Brethren. Master is planning new experiments and ordered me to select the next Throwdown. I suggested that now would be a perfect time to have the Smock Throwdown, but Master is very concerned that if all Brethren make a smock, then there would be a bacon shortage and he would be unable to perform future experiments. I suggested to Master that Bikinis would take up much less bacon. Master said that the weather is too cold and only Brethren in Florida and Hawaii might participate (and of course Thirdeye could make a bikini for his chicken). In addition, Master would have an unfair advantage with Frau Blucher modeling his bikini creation. Right now I am thinking "Bacon".

Thanks Dawg. It was a lot of fun in the making. The surprising thing was the fattie tasted pretty good in the beer marinade. The family ate it for breakfast over the next couple days and when it was gone they requested another fattie-stein. It was 5 pounds of meat and I just wasn't man enough to finish it in one sitting. The brew was essentially the Imperial Stout from DIY with a few minor mods. I brewed it last spring for this winter and it has matured beautifully.

That is courtesy of NorthwestBBQ. I put in a request on woodpile and got two great replies. I'm thinking of switching back and forth or perhaps combining the two into one.
