Propane torch and welding gloves
These two items are what I would consider my two essential bbq items. I got both last week and they are great. Te torch allows me to get my smoker up and running in minutes and the gloves allow me to work in my pit without burning my hands. I was actually spreading hot coals and adding charcoal in my WSM as if there was no fire in there at all. I know there have been a lot of threads in regards to these torches and I was skeptical, but for $25 from harbor freight these items are so helpful. I highly recommend getting these for your BBQing needs.
