Hi guys, been reading and watching from afar for several years. Through a strong desire to smoke and inspiration from my Smokin sis-in-law, I finally decided to join and also build my first UDS! Been soaking up all of the wisdom from your site and hope to have an operational UDS in a few weeks!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!! AND THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND INSPIRATION! Sal....chicha

There are some very good cooks running those UDS smokers here, some of the best ribs I've seen are made on them good luck with your build.
