There's a lot of odd food out there, but liver is a recurring theme and for me too. Durian fruit is one of the stinkiest foods known to mankind...evil stuff and banned in Singaporean public transport.
Add to the list guineafowl and foie gras - i hate both and once had both items in one dish. It was so rich and gamey I think it put me off for life.

Actually, I agree. There are some subtle soap like flavors coming into play with cilantro. I happen to like the overall taste though.
