Talking New in NE Ohio

Well, after modifying my ECB, I am ready to smoke tomorrow morn!

Looking to hit some ribs and possibly some pork shoulder or butt too!

Will be preparing today for an early smoke tomorrow.

I've been reading the BBQB forums for a while, but I can never know enough. Any advice for a newbie breaking in his ECB?

I picked up a wireless probe thermometer at Wally World for only $16, so I'll give a review after the first attempt.

Later everyone!

Greetings and welcome from Hickory, North Carolina :)

I have a Lowes version of that same wireless probe you bought. It's the same probe that I paid a little more for based on where I bought it. Mine works very well and I have been quite happy with it. My suggestion is to pick up a box of 4 AAA rechargeable batteries for it.
