Default I've fallen back in Love...

...with my Weber Smoky Mountains. Yes after a year of primarily using my Traeger I've been using the WSMs more lately.

Dang they are good...

I have been lovin' mine . . . wow! I can say I have one! That's cool - the first time I fired it up, it was a wild ride, but ever since then it's been a pussy cat, just sitting there purring along at 225F for hours and hours and hours . . . they are nice!

Amen Brother. Cut my teeth on a WSM then went to stick burning. Now I'm back to the WSM, mainly due to ease of cleaning and not having to deal with storing/splitting massive amounts of wood.
And seeing Harry Soo compete (and win) against the best of the circuit with 2 WMSs on Pitmasters just sealed the deal.
I still think that stick burners have more of a "rustic" taste of BBQ that I really enjoy, but I honestly don't miss tending a fire for 14 hours.

I've never owned a Traeger, but I sure love my WSM's.
