So I had some leftover 'shrooms that I needed to do something with and too many Italian Sausages for just two people so I put them all together and made Sweet Italian Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms.


The ingredients are Sweet Italian sausage removed from the casing. Chopped mushrooms stems, chopped red pepper, chopped green onions, a little minced garlic, fresh Parmesan, Panko Bread Crumbs (that's what is in the bowl with the sausage. Mix it all together then put in a lightly oiled well seasoned cast iron skillet and on the egg with the plate setter in and about 400°. I left them about 25 minutes. This is a keeper. Very tasty little things. I actually had to put them up so that we would stop eating them and have room for supper.

Looks great! I've been using panko in abt stuffing lately. Great stuff for stuffing! I'm gonna have to make those soon...like this weekend.

I've been stuffing ABT's with crab, cream cheese, boursin cheese, panko and old bay seasoning...every weekend for the past month...it's getting bad...I'm gonna do it again this weekend...:shocked: I can't quit!



Well I could if I wanted to, I just don't want to :twisted:
 
very nice havent done those since thanksgiving last year
looks like I will have to do them and soon
