Threw some Oakridge Santa Maria on a few chops, after church and cooked them at 300° on the Pitboss 820. Cooked some butter beans for the first time starting about 7:30 this morning on low...family liked both. The beans may become a regular?

Nice! I have a couple chops going on in a bit. How did you like the SM with the chops?

Looks fantastic Jeremy! I haven't had butter beans in ages. Great meal!

I thought it was really good! It might be what I use on them from now on when I am not smoking them. I want to try some Carne Crosta on one some time to see if it makes it rock.

Thanks for the tip, our turned out excellent

SPOGOS...

SPOGOS is what you should try next for grilled pork chops. Trust me. :thumb: :thumb:
