Tell me everything I need to know about smoking chicken legs! Time,temp and method. Thanks in advance

Not much to getting great flavorful chicken.

1.) Simple rub, Kosher salt and pepper with maybe a dash of garlic and oinion powder

2.) Cook indirect with the grill temp at about 300*. the indirect side will be cooler

3.) Cook until the internal temp is about 155*-160* Slow cooking lets the fat on the bottom side of the skin render out. This makes for a much better bite through skin

4.) Put them, on the hot side of the grill, skin side down for about 30 seconds or so to crisp it up. Then flip and sear the meat side

5.) Transfer to a plate and tent for 10 minutes. They will be 170* when all this is done.

6.) Try this first and then add things like different rubs and Brining
