Just stopping by to say this is probably the best one yet. The PBC continues to do its thing.

I just watched a video of a butcher removing sparerib membrane with a meat hook and immediately thought "I wonder if that could be done with a PBC hook?" Has anyone ever tried that?

I use that method quite often. Someone suggested the idea a few years ago (probably in this thread) and it works well. Thanks for posting the question!

My epilepsy seizures have kept me from the cooker for a couple months but the new meds have settled things down so wings and leg quarters are on for Jr this week.

I wanted to ask if anyone on here has picked up the new XL pit barrel and what they think of it. Would love to see some cooking pics with one.

This GUY - THE FABULOUS POPDADDY

SIX VIDEOS IN THE CAN FOR BBQ GURU two positive video how to's published, THAT MEANS THE 6 ARE NOT PUBLISHED, one video knocking the defect growing. TikTok set up to go viral on the Guru issue... now guess what he is thinking right here?

12 videos for the Old Country Gravity Feed

That's right - the PBC needs NOTHING to work.

From left to right - PBC Jr, PBX, Sexiness - PBC Original

Told Noah there are plans for a highly sexualized set of sensual PBC videos to appeal to the females - Tik Tok possibly with the 2 to 3 minute tik toks strung together on you tube. Women should have this PIT!!!!!

Dang fellas,

Thanks for resurrecting the PBC thread. I believe this is the longest this thread has been idle.

Very glad to hear the new meds are working for you. I too would like to hear some testimonials on the PBC XL from fellow Brethren. I did find this review, which is pretty favorable https://www.burningbrisket.com/pit-barrel-pbx-review/.

Keep on smoking!

PS there are a few reviews on the PBC site: https://pitbarrelcooker.com/products...=8kq-6iePmJuvk
