Default My New "DWFisk" Griddle

I had the pleasure of meeting Dave and Diane this week when he was down to deliver a smoker and brought me a griddle.

This is what I got for temp after about three minutes.

Threw some bacon on in the rain for the inaugural breakfast

Ended up with a fine bacon, egg, and cheese bagel
Initial thoughts are that this griddle is going to get plenty of use, just not in the rain. Thanks Dave.

Impressive. Very well thought out griddle design, like how one side is left open to pour the grease off and there's an opening for air flow and adding fresh coals.

I've seen one in person at last years SC meeting. They are great and very well made. I've just got to think if more things that I can cook on it.

I got to see Dave's new smoker he is producing, the workmanship in the pictures don't do it justice.
