New Rookie
Just found this place yesterday. WOW!
I'm Scott Watkins from Oxford, MS. I've always grilled and never smoked but thats gonna change. I will build my UDS and ignite ASAP. I've never done this so there will be a back up plan. I have been a machinist for 18 yrs now. I know several CAD/CAM programs and CNC machines. We do prototype work so it might be a revision to the first smoker. I WILL have lots of questions and I know how to use the search button. Please be patient with me. If I ever figure this out, I'm not sure my heart will be able to pump the cholesterol laden blood. It will just have to figure it out! I also like motorcycles, guns and martial arts. Fire that mutha up!!! Scott. |
