It's time for the 2019 Annual Winter Burnoff in Des Plaines, IL!
This is a great competition for those feeling the effects of cabin fever or newer teams looking to check out a competition! It is at a local bowling alley and the alley provides indoor table space to build you boxes and for judging.
$100 entry fee (before Jan 22), 4 categories (chicken, sausage, pork loin/tenderloin and ribs)
All proceeds go to benefit the National Organization for Albinism and Hyperpigmentation
