Po Boy and Fish Tacos
Yes random but I craved both. I'll jump to the pics.
Homemade flour tortillas, salsa, sauce etc.. The fixin's Did the tortillas on my griddle Why not right?? In the meantime got to start on the Po Boy. Time to warm up the baguette with clarified butter And some Mexican onions. Brother Tony does it on most cooks and it just looks so good Sammich coming together Could've done a better job at frying the shrimp but this is what you get when you multitask Ready And plated All in all I was pleased with it. Thanks for lookin!

Nice looking poboy. Need to try fish taco's. I hear nothing but good things about them. Tried making corn tortillas with a press and they came out to thick and stuck to the plastic wrap.
Need to find a good recipe, both flour and corn.

Good gosh they both look amazing! Those radishes are essential to munch along with the fish taco.
I don't know what else to say: that is just spectacular.
