Tonight's Din Din w/pron
Sometimes it's a simple steak that a man wants with some homemade chimichurri culled fresh from the herb garden. A quick stop at the Farmer's Market yielded some awesome heirloom tomatoes and peppers.
I always cook steak on a wood fire...this time mesquite: Sirloin with onions and peppers drizzled with olive oil on the fire Ready to pull The mandatory rest period To the table On the plate: To the couch for the Baseball wrap up..... |

still learning the blogsphere
Sorry for the double post and double pictures...we're learning as we go in cyberworld. Yeungling beer has just made it to Tennessee in the last year or two and has become immensely popular. I always would bring a case or two home with me from the East coast in my travels.

Good looking food!
Do you cut those animals out of your fire basket to show what type of animals you had on the grill?
