I made a brisket last night and was trying to tweak my competition injection stuph using less H2o and got injection marks. When it ain't broke don't try and fix it

















Not my best pics or prettiest brisket but, quite tasty!

Yes, I usually trim more. No problem experimenting and not having the results you intended, you make more.

Use a cup a water and a little MSG :shock worsey sauce: Do it to taste.

Done well with at comps! It streaked, cuz I used less h20 than normal.

No secrets here, I only comp it 2-3 times a year. I have walked 2 out of the 3 times I used it, which has been twice. 2/10, 8/25 and 18/50.
