I know this sounds really lame, but could some of you please show me where to put the probe in a chicken thigh...please. I usually probe the breast, only because I never knew how to probe the thigh.

Yeah. I keep reading that, but where exactly is that? When I go to stick the probe in, it's everything but obvious as to where that is. By the way, i'm talking whole chickens/turkey.
