Smoke Ring Shoulder on Kamado Joe
I recently cooked about 25# of pulled pork for my coworkers and devoured it. I'm only about 2 years new to barbecue so it felt great that they enjoyed it.
Fired up the Kamado Joe Big Joe with some Cherry chunks and letter rip! Last edited by Freddy j; 01-15-2015 at 07:00 PM.. |

Looks great! Whole shoulder is my favorite cut of pork to cook.Behind that is a butt and picnic to mix together.I prefer whole hog Q but have not mustered the courage to cook one yet.

Thanks Mike, whole hog cooks are BOMB! I've only ever seen one full butt-picnic here in the Northeast at Wegmans. Might ask their butcher to order one for me, bet it would be a fun cook! |
