Default Smoke Ring Shoulder on Kamado Joe

I recently cooked about 25# of pulled pork for my coworkers and devoured it. I'm only about 2 years new to barbecue so it felt great that they enjoyed it.

Fired up the Kamado Joe Big Joe with some Cherry chunks and letter rip!

Looks great! Whole shoulder is my favorite cut of pork to cook.Behind that is a butt and picnic to mix together.I prefer whole hog Q but have not mustered the courage to cook one yet.

Thanks Mike, whole hog cooks are BOMB! I've only ever seen one full butt-picnic here in the Northeast at Wegmans. Might ask their butcher to order one for me, bet it would be a fun cook!
