Looks fantastic. I unconsciously made the "jam out" face when I saw the flames.

Fantastic!......great skill and craftsmanship! The details like the flaming hinges etc are what sets you apart and makes your work so admirable. I plan to start a build soon and it really inspires me to see what you can do.

The wife and I would like to eventually do some charity and for-profit catering so ours is gonna be a trailer rig. I guess I'll have to start a thread for that because there is so much experience here. The feed back you get here is like having access to an encyclopedia of pit building.

WTF??? Looks like the same smoker I am building!! Nice looking build there. The only stainless on mine will be the doors. Outer skins will be be super-quality custom paint. I will have to fabricate some of those flame latches if I can figure that out. Looks very cool! Here are just a few my pics......

That's quite a sweet build you have goin there Exe. What gauge steel are the interior and exterior walls? And what do you think she'll weigh out at?

Cooking chamber is 12ga. and the outer walls are 16ga. Stainless doors are 14ga inner, and 20ga outer. Guessing 350 lbs....?
