Default 2nd ever brisket

This is my 2nd ever brisket. Kinda Tedxas meets Scandinavia and Europe. Brisket served with cheese filled and bacon wrapped apple smoked paprika, grilled root veg and a gravy sauce made from brisket drippings. Brisket a bit too tender som impoosible to slice it properly.. But all goooood anyhow :)

Sides are root veg grilled in a weber veg basket (Swedish turnips, carrots and romano cabbage)seasoned with a Italian chili/herb mix my gf bought in Rome.

Paprika filled with garlic and herb creme cheese and "Swedish parmesan"(Västerbottenost) wrapped in bacon and then smoked with apple wood.

Gravy sauce made from brisket drippings with double creme added and then thickened.

Corn bread baced in a muffin tin in one of the weber kettles (not in picture)

Desert was a sort of spunge cake grilled and served with grilled apple slices and vanilla sauce. (added a picture of that as well)
