Drop off service for brisket sandwiches
Ok,
So if you did a drop off service for Brisket Sandwich(individually made) chips, Desert(cake or pudding) sweet tea What would you charge? Ballpark? Total guest would be 30

I'd rather not do something that small but would charge a higher price if I did. I would drop it off in a foil pan with buns, individual bags of chips and a pan of banana pudding. I'd probably say in the range of $10.50-$11pp without costing it out.

Thanks.. it is truly a drop off service.. the head count does not bother me.. I was in the range of 12 to 13 including the desert..

I think you are ok to charge that. At $11 I would have a take it or leave it attitude so yes you should be good.
