Default Drop off service for brisket sandwiches

Ok,

So if you did a drop off service for
Brisket Sandwich(individually made)
chips,
Desert(cake or pudding)
sweet tea

What would you charge? Ballpark?

Total guest would be 30

I'd rather not do something that small but would charge a higher price if I did. I would drop it off in a foil pan with buns, individual bags of chips and a pan of banana pudding. I'd probably say in the range of $10.50-$11pp without costing it out.

I think you are ok to charge that. At $11 I would have a take it or leave it attitude so yes you should be good.
