Hi - I'm new to the site
Hi - I'm looking to build my first UDS.
I've done some research already, but because I'm looking to do something a little different, I've got 8 specific Qs for the gurus out there on my first post on Q-Talk, which is still waiting for clearance. Looking forward to learning more, and can't wait to build my first UDS. |
Thanks from:---> |

Welcome, and it's good that you are getting that UDS build out of the way first, because it would be suggested sooner or later. There is plenty of information here on just about anything, so do a search if you need your answers right away.

Welcome aboard, glad to have you as a fellow Brethren here.
I hope to see you in the Q-Talk forum soon. You'll find help on almost every topic from cooking your first Pork Butt to curing and smoking your own ham and bacon. If you can't find the topic you need help with, or have questions about, just start a new thread in "Q-Talk".
