Default Early Christmas present

Here is my new BBQ rig that we picked up this morning. Nothing too special but it will do the trick. Now we dont have to rent anymore cookers for our yearly hog roast. Just thought I would share.

The guy originally made it a charcoal cooker so there is a door on the side to add coals and wood but then h converted it to gas. So I have the option to use either or both.

This past cook for conveinence I used gas to get the cooker to temp them put a small pile of coals and hickory at one end to put smoke into the meat and it was probably the best ribs I have mde to date. With the propane burners as low as they would go the cooker held 225-230 dead on for 6 hours and would have went longer if i needed it to.
