Pasta for 200
I'm making pasta for a crowd of 200. 1 meat, 2 sides. Does 15 quarts sound like enough? thats what my calculator came up with. Help.

That's 200 2.4 oz servings. Doesn't seem like a lot unless your talking dry pasta then its plenty.

What's your portion size??? 4oz per person? That would be 800oz, divided by 32oz in a qt, is 25qts. Are they bigger eaters, so you need 6oz each?
Or are you talking dry pasta? At 4oz, it would be 25lbs dry uncooked pasta. |
