I did that once....one of my guests commented....I love it...it is fall a part tender. I just kept mouth shut and smiled. Still tasted good.

I would eat that no problem. I doubt if even Mr Franklin is happy with every one he cooks...... but, if I have one i don't like I chop,it heat it up in some broth, melt some pepperjack cheese on it, top with bacon, and serve on toasted garlic bread. No one even realizes that it was farked up. Always some way to change up something that fell a bit short. However, I think I would just eat that one as is.
