Those look Awesome Jeanie!!! Around these parts (Nebraska) we have something very similar. Folks call them Runza's. They do crazy stuff to get their Runza fix.. I'll have to admit though, they're very tasty!!!

I had never heard of bierocks, but seeing it was a Cowgirl post, I had to check it out. As some have posted before I have done Runzas. Now I want some!!!! On the menu for dinner tonight! Thanks for the idea, haven't done these in quite some time.
I'm such a copy cat cook. Thanks Cowgirl. ps We use an egg bread recipe.

Those look great Jeanie! I had a girlfriend 30 years ago that made bierocks. Her recipe would make 2 or 3 dozen, so we always froze a bunch. I haven't had homemade ones since, and they completely ruined the restaurant versions for me. Thanks for posting, I think I'm going to have to give them a try. They would be perfect to take ice fishing this winter.

If you ever get up this way in the winter give me a holler. We can hook you up with a hole in the ice and a short fishing pole.
