Default Hello from MD..

Hello,

I have been reading these forums for years so I have no idea why it only recently occurred to me to register...

I am a Texan by birth but have been living in Maryland for many years now.. I own two smoker. One is the Oklahoma Joes Longhorn offset smoker and a WSM 22. I prefer offset smokers but found a great deal on the WSM so I had to pick it up.. I also have a STOK charcoal grill and a STOK gas grill... Not to mention a tiny weber kettle type grill... My old lady when I told her I wanted to get a primo xl ceramic grill last night..
Needless to say I am a BBQ junkie...

I am happy to be here and love all the free information on these forums...

Welcome aboard Mike, glad to have you as a fellow Brethren here.

I hope to see you in the Q-Talk forum soon. You'll find help on almost every topic from cooking your first Pork Butt to curing and smoking your own ham and bacon.

If you can't find the topic you need help with, or have questions about, just start a new thread in "Q-Talk". There are many people with years of experience that are willing to answer your questions and guide you in the right direction.
