Thanks! Might put GriddleZilla to use this weekend while watching the games. Don't know how many of you have ever had tripitas , but local grocery store has em on sale for .99 lb.

I was expecting to see photos of a converted plow disc. (Discada)
That's what they were calling em in Arizona when I saw a Mexican family cooking on one. I've made a couple since.

They work.

BTW: Good photos. Makes me hungry.

I like your set up.
I have some plate steel leftover. What I'd like to do with the next one I make is go with half griddle and then cut out and drop in a large, deep disc into the flat surface. I could then cook and deep fry at the same time.
