These were all done on a Char-Broil Santa Fe Grill, which I McGyvered into being an offset smoker. Apologize for the the "afters"; The rest of the pics were on a hard drive that went belly up with no backup.

But, I figure fresh prOn never hurts.

I am (because my better half is insisting) finishing the touches on my UDS and my Big Baby (charcoal/wood/temp issues) smokers. Once those are done, I will post more. I got the bug, and this forum didn't help kill it.....:razz:

Ahhhh.....Coming from the Brethren, that means a lot. Thank you.

I am just getting started trying to "perfect" my smoking skills. Some day I would love to try my hand at a competition.

Of course, it would help if I would finish building and tuning.
