I gotta try and get a leg of Roo to you.
Information only, we often grill a shoulder leg of lamb then wrap and bury in the coals.
Come back after fishing and bam, good for a 6 hour cook easy, still pink.
Now you got me wanting to cook lamb

Titch that sounds great! I've buried meals in a hole in the ground with hot coals and went fishing. Works really well! I'll give your hot coal bury a try. Sounds like something I'd love! Thanks!
