Hey guys and gals....hope everyone has been doing well and cooking lots of tasty stuff. Summer has been pretty busy...between the farmer's market, smoking salmon...and trying to squeeze in some drinks and fishing. Just wanted to post a little of what's been happening.

We are making 4 different kinds of smoked salmon and knock on wood they have been pretty popular. That doesn't leave much time for hopping on the Brethren which kinda sucks. Anyway...hope your summer is going well.....

Looks great Dan, has your salmon sales exceeded the amount of ribs sold at the market?

I'll have to take a thursday trip down there this summer.

That would be great Bob! And yes....salmon overtook ribs from day 1 this summer. I think the Jewish population likes the fish more....:mrgreen::mrgreen:
