Sunday Bone-in prime Rib-Eye
I picked up this 2.5# prime bone-in Rib-Eye at Costco the other day. Today it went on the Weber, indirect with mesquite lump along with a nice big potato.
IMG_0253.jpg I hit it with some Montreal Steak IMG_0252.jpg and on to the Weber IMG_0254.jpg IMG_0257.jpg I gave it a rest IMG_0256.jpg sliced it IMG_0259.JPG plated with some Guacamole, chips and a nice local IPA. Very tender and full of flavor. Thanks for looking.

That looks fantastic.
Appreciate the firebrick indirect setup (as I love doing the same thing). Forgot about your location... ("Land of Entrapment") - I almost spit my beverage all over my laptop! That'd be considered alcohol abuse.

I'm glad you were able to hold it in, I hate it when that happens.

That was one of the best pieces of meat I've gotten in a long time.
